Ingame & Chat Rules [English]
§1 Naming
Player names, guild names and shop names that are insulting/degrading, racist, right-radicalist, vulgar, trademarked and/or normally or especially in a negative connotation are forbidden. Names should refrain from having senseless letter-constructions, just like names with excessive amounts of special signs and numbers.

§2 Death Mobbing
The pulling of monsters (aggroing), placing them in front of a portal or dropping them onto another player, is forbidden.
§3 Spawn Point – camping
Camping at spawn points is forbidden (only allowd outside the district) – That goes for mobs as well as when you’re in a guild war. We’re referring here to the first line of players whom at boss/quest mob camp/wait and deliberately prevent others from the mobs even if they don’t need the mobs themseleves.
§4 Kill-Stealing (KS’ing)
The rules goes by „First hit“. Massive kill stealing will result in intervention from the NanOnline Teams.
§5a Behaviour
Be friendly to your fellow players and refrain from insulting them. Threatening and extorting from players is also prohibited. When there is a breaking of the rules, please seek a GM. Think also, and send in a screenshot with each report, so that the Team has something better to see than a “He said – She said” scenario. Don’t think that an infraction of a rule is always an infraction of a rule. Everyone has a different perception of what or what isn’t correct. The NanOnline Team reserves the right to go after any offence and punish what needs to be.

We won’t make threads noting players‘ actions and penalizing them, it’s also forbidden for you to make them. (See Forum Rules)
§5b Beginners / Newbies
Everyone starts small – please refrain from making fun of newbies or insult them if they have questions. Help them instead!
§6 Chat in Game
Chat should not be spammed. That means, the repeated sending of a message in shout chat (/s) and local chat in a relatively short amount of time isn’t allowed. Also, the publication of links or announcements that don’t have anything to do with Fiesta from Nan to other players is forbidden. Bypassing the chat filter is prohibited. It’s forbidden to ask for cheats or to recommend such programs to other players.
§7 Bugs
If you find a bug and abuse it, eventually through that, you’ll risk losing your account. Bugs are to be reported in the forum, to the in game team, or to support.
§8 Trading
It’s prohibited, the false promoting of goods to players for enriching yourself. It’s just like selling “Services” - For example the enhancing of a weapon with help from Itemshop items for In Game money. The weapon has to be agreed in price with the enhancer and the buyer. Scammer enhancers are not wished for and risk a banned account. Please have security when enhancing, take a screenshot of such agreements.
§9 Cheating
The manipulating of clients is forbidden. The same goes for sharing this software with other players. Whoever wishes to cheat, loses their account. Under that falls ALL programs, scripts, addons, etc., which don’t belong to the official game.
§10a Account-Information
Every player is to keep their account information hidden. You’re not allowed to give it to other people. It’s also not allowed to ask for account information from other players. The NanOnline Team or the Nan Support will never ask for your account information or password. With giving your account information away, there is no protection from lost or stolen items/characters or accounts.
§10b Sharing an account
It’s forbidden to pass an account along without restrictions, You must tell Nan if you do. It’s also forbidden to sell accounts, in game items, characters, or Fiesta currency for real currency. If we find an account has been sold it will be shut down with no warnings, or notice neccesary.
§11 GM Help
GMs aren’t allowed to give items, or money to other players. They aren’t there to help you with leveling or for spawning needed monsters. Please refrain from inviting them into your party or to your friend’s list, or asking them to join. Exemptions are possible at events! It’s forbidden to disrupt GMs while they are working, that counts also if you’re attacking the GM-Characters. Intentionally giving false information or misleading a GM is prohibited.
